The “manager”, Cynthia, was the rudest person I have come across in quite some time. I walked up to the counter to pick up my food that I saw sitting there in a bag, And I politely asked her if I could grab it and go. She turned around and angrily said to me, “ you can just wait a minute”. She then looked at my bag and instead of giving it to me right there, and then she turned around and continued to bag other customers orders while mine just sat there. This woman has no place being a manager if she’s going to talk to customers like that. It’s a really bad look for the store, company, etc. As a manager, you should be setting a good example for your employees, not showing them that it’s OK to talk to customers like that.

Terrible customer service. I usually don’t call to give any complaints, but i wanted to let them know that our order was a bit mixed up and no names were put on the 12 containers as requested to not waste time before the meeting. We also were missing an order. AND some sides requested. I called to see if they could deliver the missing item being that we were going into a meeting at that time and couldn’t send anyone out to get it. The girl who answered said she doubled checked the order and knows that nothing was missing (so basically I’m lying) and that it’s not her problem and she didn’t know what i wanted her to do about it. I wasn’t upset at ALL until she responded that way. We are local and our company orders out a few times a week. We wanted to try this place out. Never again dealing with people who speak that way to customers . She said that it would take her more than 2 seconds to put a name on the bowl that’s why she didn’t label them. And when i told her that her responses were rude, she giggled and said ok.

Today we ordered lunch thru door dash and it was missing part of our order. I called the store and the person answered and then directed me to door dash for dispute... ok fine! Then the 2 soups we received were literally JUST broth. 7$ for BROTH. Terrible customer service! And how do you fill just cups with broth and no chicken, no pastina... NOTHING!

I order here all the time because I work 7 mins away and normally I never have a problem always good food and normally nice people until tonight ... I accidentally ordered from the one in redbank instead of the one I live near.. I had called to see if I can cancel it a lady named Cynthia answered the phone but unfortunately since it was already assigned to a driver it couldn't be refunded I asked her if I could get a store credit or anything I understood until she was basically yelling over the phone her attitude was insane and I seem to Think I'm a very nice person I don't ever write reviews I hate confrontation but when u get nasty I'm gonna get a lil nasty back you work in customer service and the food industry maybe be a little kinder .... I think something needs to be done we are human and make mistakes there food isn't cheap I spent 30 dollars on 2 items and I didn't even get to eat it or get a refund

Clean and well lite salad place. They have a variety of Salads,Wraps and Soups. My favorite is Fallafel Wrap is a well rounded portion (the picture is only half). It tasted fresh. Plenty of sitting, but most orders are pick up. Waiting time between 8-10 minutes.
