Located on 11 White Street, the Red Bank branch of Semolina Pasta Shoppe has everything a pasta lover would want. My husband picked up some food for Mother’s Day. We got some fresh pasta, a flavorful sauce, and a few entrees. It’s a tidy store with a very respectful staff. All in all, we were greatly pleased with the food and the atmosphere of the store.

Several days ago I purchased an eggplant parmigiana entree from the Red Bank shop. I baked it as per directions. Very disappointing! Just a small amount of cheese to bind the dish together . A mushy mess of tomato sauce soaked eggplant!
Several days later, I decided to give them a second chance and purchased a chicken marsala entrée from their Fairhaven location. As I almost put it in the oven, I noticed that although the portion was large, the sauce was grey and tasteless, lacking any Marsala flavor or color at all! I returned it the following day, hoping for a refund or to exchange it for another dish. I was told that there are absolutely no refunds or exchanges allowed . The girl at the counter did text someone in charge , called me back and policy stands!!
I can afford the $25 I spent and I will rinse off the sauce and cook it for my dogs so that food does not go to waste.But I find it so arrogant that a small business cannot admit that maybe, they can occasionally make a mistake.

Fantastic products! Was gifted the dried clam shell and whole wheat casarecce pastas as well as a few jarred sauces by my cousin when visiting town.

Exc food as always , the pork chop and halibut were both wonderful , efficient courteous service ! My only regret is that we could not linger a bit longer, but our table was needed on a busy Sat night .

I started with the burrata salad, absolutely exquisite!!! Had the pork chop as my main dish, it was one of the best ever! The boyfriend had the orange and fennel salad, he exclaimed “so delicious” and he enjoyed the fluke for his main meal. Throughly enjoyed our dinner here! Dinner here will absolutely have you leaving with a smile of joy!

After seeing many positive reviews of the restaurant Semolina my husband and I decided to try it. I agree it is outstanding in every way. The service was excellent. Our server, Jillian was knowledgeable and attentive. The food was fantastic especially the pasta dishes! I highly recommend Semolina for its quaint unassuming atmosphere, the impeccable service and above all else the quality and originality of the menu.
Excellent, creative food with innovative flavors and pairings. Add to that it is a BYOB, so the lower cost allows you to sample many dishes. Very friendly and helpful staff. A great experience and value.

Always love this restaurant! Started with a great appetizer - TEMPURA DELICATA SQUASH. This was amazing ! I love this dish-COCOA TAGLIATELLE! My husband didn't have his favorite this time (pork chop). He had the carbonara & loved it. We were only able to eat half because both dishes were so filling. Definitely recommend!

Can't say enough about this gem of a place in Redbank. The pasta was truly another level. Every dish was SO delicious. The selection of ingredients combined with this homemade Semolina pasta made for such an amazing meal. Everyone left so satisfied. Truly a WOW dinner. The staff was super helpful in deciding what to order and how much was enough. The ambiance was great and every table was filled but did not feel at all crammed. We were in and out pre-theater without feeling rushed. We will be back again and again!

We loved our visit to Semolina. Our waitress Karen, was exceptional which always adds to the dining experience. We ordered an appetizer, pasta dish and a meat dish to share. All 3 dishes were delicious - you can tell the ingredients are truly farm to table!
