Had dinner at Semolina this past Wednesday with my son. Although most of the tables were filled the noise level was low which made for easy conversation. We both had the squash blossom appetizer which was delicate and delicious. We then shared the spaghetti with crab which was rich with flavor and the fresh pasta was cooked to perfection and also shared the pork chop which was truly the most tender either of us had ever had. At Semolina,the farm to table cuisine is always spot...
We had an incredible meal at Semolina in Red Bank—fresh, wholesome ingredients prepared perfectly. Our server, Karen, was friendly, attentive, and made the experience even more special. Impeccable food, warm service—can’t wait to return!
Outstanding! Omg - the food and the service (Karen), which was better? Everyone in our party of 4 was significantly impressed with this restaurant! I had the corn (something) ravioli. OUT OF THIS WORLD!!! Going back chain this weekend. 10/5 stars.
