Sunday Sauce had no short rib, a single smaller meatball and single piece of sausage. Very little flavor. The chili garlic toast with it was two very small pieces and were served after the dish was 2/3 finished. Chicken Scarpariello was tasty but again smaller portion. Dishes were served lukewarm.

Just had an awesome business dinner at The Bistro .Gorgeous summer night and the owner suggested we sit outside and it was perfect . Table of 5 people and we all shared a the crackling calamari salad to start and it was superb, fresh, with just the right amount of kick . Brielle , our server was on point all night , making menu suggestions and anticipating our every need. I had the Bistro burger and it was cooked perfectly to temp and the onion jam on top was a great touch ! I can’t recommend The Bistro highly enough for the atmosphere ,great service, and of course phenomenal food !

We arrived early for our dinner reservation and were promptly seated. Our server took it slow to serve us and keep us satisfied. We had an appetizer and shared a pizza. We forgot it was a byo and did not want to buy a full bottle of wine. Will definitely go back (with our bottle of wine) and enjoy another meal here.

Broadwalk. A difficult topic. You might love it or hate it. Well…the menu changed but the food remains amazing. Our server Ava was so engaging and fun. Helped make a good meal great! I had the crackling calamari salad and my wife had the salmon. Perfect!

1st time visit to The Bistro and was a great experience. We selected this restaurant because it was walking distance to The Count Basie Theater. We made reservations for 5:30 which was more than adequate to take a little stroll through Red Bank on the way to the theater for our 7:30 show.
We also notified our server Javier, who was excellent, that we were attending a 7:30 concert. Everything was timed perfectly.
The fried artichokes appetizer was fabulous.
The truffle pappardelle with shrimp AND the Chicken Scarpariello were exceptional.
Glad we selected this restaurant.
