I have never had a bad experience at Melting Pot, but this past Easter Sunday, our server went way above and beyond. When Rosanna came to the table to take our drink order, I asked if they had peeps as a dipper for the chocolate fondue this year. They did this two years ago for Easter and we thought it was great, but they didn't have them last year. Rosanna apologized and said they did not have peeps again this year. Delicious food and amazing atmosphere! I have to give it to our server Shea for making it such a great experience. We came in later at night and she gave us high energy and smiles. We will be coming back because of Shea’s amazing service.
My husband and I had the best experience here a a few weeks ago! Our server Jess was truly so kind and attentive. She was super friendly and made our anniversary dinner a delight. Genuinely went above and beyond for us and provided such a wonderful experience. The food was delicious & we will definitely be going back. The manager Declan also stopped by our table to check on us and see how we were doing which was really nice! Can’t wait for our next special occasion to come...
