We were put in a back room and often forgotten about by the wait staff. The room was so quiet, not even music playing. Fent strange. The wings were good but the sauces we were charged for were never brought out. Pizza was decent

It is close to walk to Count Basie Theatre which is why I usually go. The service is excellent. The prices fine. The food is fine. My friends really like it. I'm just not much of red sauce place. And right now I'm tired of pizza. But it's good. And many varieties. I just wish they'd have some cream based dishes.

Have eaten at Urban many times. Always a good experience. Friendly, lively and good food and drink. On a crowded Saturday night very noisy but I expected that. Great family and friends place.
