We couldn’t be happier with the incredible catering provided by Akshay and his team for our wedding reception. From the very beginning, their team was attentive, professional, and committed to making sure every detail was perfect.
Our guests are still raving about the food! The butler-passed appetizers were beautifully presented and a perfect start to the evening. The live stations added such a fun and interactive element, and the buffet-style dinner gave everyone a chance to enjoy a wide variety of dishes. Each entrée was cooked to perfection, full of flavor, and plated with care. To finish, the desserts were the perfect sweet ending—both delicious and elegantly displayed.
Beyond the food itself, the service was seamless. The staff went above and beyond to ensure everything flowed smoothly, and their attention to detail made the entire experience feel effortless for us and our guests.
Thank you to the entire team for helping make our reception unforgettable. You gave us and our loved ones not just a meal, but a true culinary experience!

We had a South Asian wedding at The Legacy Castle for 300 guests, and the food was absolutely phenomenal. From the start, the team was kind and accommodating—they even gave us two tastings to make sure everything was perfect. Considering my husband’s family traveled from California, the quality and flavor truly exceeded expectations. Our guests are still raving about the food weeks later! Thank you, Akshay, for making our special day unforgettable. Highly recommend for anyone planning their big day!

We went for a tasting menu. The appetizers/starters were great with some very innovative dished. But the main courses were a little underwhelming considering how expensive they are. The waiting staff was great and very helpful.

The food was delightful thank you Shay!
Very disappointing taste in food. Our request to keep food mild was not even considered & instead they added sugar to a very spicy gravy which did nt help at all. We hardly could eat any food even when we were soo hungry.

When i went to this restaurant I had really good hopes cuz of the reviews, and people told me it was good. But when i ordered the food the chicken drumsticks were really chewy, but the butter chicken was the only good part for that dish. I’m a big biryani fan but also that wasn’t great, there was a lot of masalas (spices) in it which threw off the taste. The chicken tikka masala was the only good dish I liked because it tasted good and the chicken was tender.
Honestly when I had the food I felt that was overpriced for the quality. Like don’t get me wrong $15 for most of the starters and $24+ for the Entrees is a bit too much if the food isn’t good. Some restaurants are a little cheaper but the quality of the food is amazing.
I say its worth a visit but don’t get your hopes up too much. Thats just how I feel.

The food was good overall, but was very greasy and salty the more I ate. One of the dishes the lamb was very tough and hard to chew, but the other lamb dish was lamb chops which were very tender and delicious. The garlic naan was the largest naan I have ever seen and was very good.

I had the most obnoxious and useless waiter I have had a very long time to meet in the US. I said I would like to have a grilled pieces of chicken and i asked for help with deciding what chicken kebab options do I have and he points to the whole section of kebabs - all kids of meats - on the menu. He said this is what we have. I said I need more time. When he came back I asked specifically what this menu option was.. He said this is dry. And that was his only comment. Just another table at the moment so he was not busy. I ended up having lentils.. I will never come back to this place again. It's too bad because the Manhattan restaurant was one of my favorite Indian restaurants in NY. Saturday June 28, 2025

We have been coming here for years. Best Indian food hands down and the best service. The owner treats us like family!
Our wedding wouldn’t have been the same without our incredible caterer, Bukhara Grill! From start to finish, they delivered above and beyond in every way possible—flavor, presentation, variety, and service. Not only did they masterfully serve up rich, authentic Indian cuisine, but they also seamlessly incorporated a delicious Italian menu to make sure our non-Indian guests felt just as included and catered to.
The Indian food was absolutely phenomenal—flavorful, fresh, and beautifully presented. Every item was cooked to perfection and served with care, capturing the essence of traditional cuisine in a way that felt both comforting and elevated.
What truly set them apart, though, was how perfectly they balanced two very different culinary traditions. The Italian offerings were just as impressive and thoughtfully curated, ensuring every guest, regardless of background or dietary preference, had something to enjoy and rave about.
Their team was also a dream to work with—professional, and organized. They listened carefully to our needs, accommodated every detail and dietary request, and ensured the food service ran smoothly throughout each event.
It’s not easy to please a crowd with mixed tastes, but this caterer nailed it. We received so many compliments from both sides of the family—Indian and non-Indian—about how inclusive and satisfying the meal was.
Thank you for making our wedding feel so warm, welcoming, and so delicious. You truly helped bring everyone together through food, and we couldn’t have asked for more!
Beetroot kabab was yumm & excellent. Paneer was dry & too much for two people. They should’ve inform us that its gonna be too much for two people in quantity, once after we told them we are visiting first time & we asked them for recommendations. Otherwise services was good.
the manager lied to me, supposedly. It will be ready in 5 minutes, but I waited 40 minutes, lost my tip and got a bad rating. You don't have to carry out what you do in your country. And you MUST respect the work of other people.
