Häagen-Dazs Ice Cream Shops

This specific hagen daz location is a favorite of mine and my kids. The owner (i believe) is just super friendly and genuine. He knows/remembers my kids favorite and it reminds me of how old school ice cream parlors used to be.

All time favorite ice cream stop! We love Haagen Dazs and specially Belgian chocolate, coffee, pistachios, pineapple coconut, rocky road and few sorbets flavors.

You know, I’m not the biggest fan of ice cream, but man, when I came into this Häagen-Dazs I was completely blown away. Particularly with this one worker Joselyn, as she showed me how to think about ice cream in a different way. She taught me that maybe if I tried mixing the flavors, or trying them with different toppings, I’d love the ice cream. And by god, I did! I’ll never be more thankful than for that worker Joselyn, she’ll teach you a thing or two about how to appreciate ice cream in a new way.

Great place!!! the customer service was amazing especially a guy named Tom I think he was very helpful and kind probably one of the kindest workers I’ve ever interacted with in a while tbh that’s what made the place so much better!!!!5 starsss⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Went a couple of days ago and Tom was a great help. Super friendly nice, and patient and made good conversation while I waited for the rest of my friends to pick their flavors and gave some suggestions that my friends really liked. Would definitely recommend this location if the rest of the people they hire are like Tom.

I’m not one to usually write reviews, but the service here made the ice cream taste even better. This nice worker named Tom made my experience ten times better! He was so patient and accommodating in helping my indecisive-picky-self choose a flavor, and was all smiles😄 Definitely will be coming back for more yummy ice cream!

Probably one of the best ice cream shops I’ve ever been to. Very likable staff, too. This employee Tom was extremely kind and was very patient with me when I was still trying to figure out what I wanted. He actually ended up recommending this cool blend of the belgian chocolate and the strawberry. It’s probably my favorite combo ever now! Great customer service overall, and even better ice cream definitely coming back soon!

Häagen-Dazs is an international heavyweight, but it is also a Ridgewood institution, having served its classic flavors with kindness, and graciousness, and professionalism for decades. Long may it reign.

Wort service ever as soon as we walked in the guy looked at the time and the place closes at 10. We literally walked in at 9:10. He had such an attitude. Never coming back. Guy named Tom.

The place is very nice and yummy but the counter girl Jocelyn was very rude with us

Haven’t been here years!!! Such a great environment! Took my son after his haircut Paul the owner is fantastic! The ice cream is of course the best!

I do delivery business. When they realize that you are the delivery guy, they give priority to the regular customer. You have to wait for hours.
