It's not perfect, but it's certainly a cherry on top after you've just ate dinner❤️. The manager(older guy with glasses) is great at his job, he is very nice, and provides great service👍. For anyone who lives in Ridgewood or outside of it, this place is where you wanna go after having a fine meal💙.

Very nice employees, but they need to add more ice cream to the milkshakes. All my milkshakes tasted like straight milk, no ice cream sweetness. I even saw they weighed the ice cream? which is wild for a 10 buck milkshake. Didn’t know we were at the butcher’s. Even the whipped cream got skimped out on. All in all, just add more ice cream for the value.

**AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE*** The ice cream is tasty as for all franchises. However, the Spanish short girl has an awful customer service, literally looks like she hates her job. I've never experienced this quality of service at any of other location. Nov 8th at 7:40PM.

Ordered orea milk shake. Most of cup was milk. No ice cream flavor. No cookie crumbs no chocolate drizzle. Wth is this. Taste only milk. No sweetness no ice cream flavor.
The person who sells ice cream at this place tricks the buyers to pay auto tips 20% if you pay by credit card. Just be aware. He told me that my credit card will not go through unless I touch the screen. When I touch the screen the tips automatically are added.

This specific hagen daz location is a favorite of mine and my kids. The owner (i believe) is just super friendly and genuine. He knows/remembers my kids favorite and it reminds me of how old school ice cream parlors used to be.
