Just paid $14 for an Italian sandwich. $14! Asked for jalapeños, mayo, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and oregano. No mayo, and what's the point of jalapeño peppers if they aren't spicy? Sorry not sorry Jersey Mike's, this Mike is going his own way.
Honestly, if I'm going to pay more than $10 for a sandwich it had better be exactly what I asked for plus a smile when I pick it up.
