I give a 5 star ONLY to the young lady with braces that made my hot sub and greeted me at the register great customer service love , but the girl who made my cold sandwiches had an attitude from the time I walked in the door.. eye rolling when I asked for no tomatoes and extra onions.. Thank god for Jersey Mike's in Ridgewood NJ. It has become our go-to place for lunch (and often dinner) this past year. The staff is amazing - so polite and prompt and responsive. The store manager Joshua is also superlative - so professional and focused on providing excellent service and product to everyone. The food was good as usual but AFTER key word AFTER I sat down a employee said the dining in was only open till 8 and they close at 9 I still sat there anyway and I think they purposely put on music just to be annoying. Lady on 8pm shift on5/9/24 was extremely rude. Would recommend. Just don’t plan on eating in past 8. Hope the helps??
