Pierre & Michele has the best desserts hands down. I come here every time I’m in Ridgewood and it is consistently absolutely delicious. Their strawberry tart is perfect 10/10 get it almost every time. Highly highly recommend

Extremely abrupt experience last time I was here when asking for extra half and half, I then sat down without ordering and was told to leave. Never in my life have I experienced this in a café. I hope the staff has been updated or will not be returning

I usually go to the location in Upper Saddle River and didn't even realize they had a location in Ridgewood until last week! This space is so cute and I love the lighting (it's not super dark or bright). It was a great place for me to have some coffee, a baked good, and do some of my work. I would highly recommend! Absolutely one of my favorite bakeries in bergen county!

My go to bakery and pastry spot. Love the Twix and tart from there. I am there at least once a week.

My daughter came in today to this establishment and the way she was treating was disgusting, unprofessional, and nasty! When she walked in she was not acknowledged and ignored. 4 other people came in after her and was greeted with a hello and smile. My daughter was patience after being disregarded the first time the employee took a lady order behind her. After the employee attempted to help the second person that came in after her she spoke up saying she been ready to order. The employee responded with a dry nasty ok and continued to help 2 more people (4 total)before even coming to her.
The only reason why she stay was because she was picking up a $40 order for her office. There was a guy that came in while all of this was taking place and stated he was not spending his money there and left because he whiteness what was going on.
The employee’s of this establishment really needs to do better at treating EVERYONE that comes to spend money with kindness and respect because the customers are the ones that allow them to keep employment and the business to thrive.
I hope the owner or manager in this establishment have a conversation with the employees that worked today about how ALL customers should be treated and to keep their bias at home!

Writing this review because I think it's important for everyone to know that if you don't LOOK like the employees there, you will be completely ignored over other customers that walk in after you. When the lady behind the counter started taking my order she was rude, short, and dismissive. Horrible customer service for my first experience here, not to mention the Tiramisu was watery. Do better , treat people the way you want to be treated not based on your biases.

I walked into this business and ordered my birthday cake from their store representative. The lady wrote what I wanted to be on my birthday cake. First , they cancelled my order 1 day before I was supposed to pick it up. Which I gave them a a whole week. They said I had to choose something else because their equipment was not working. When I received my birthday cake. My name was spelt incorrectly. I then proceeded to inform the store representative that my name was being spelt incorrectly. I was told by the store rep that there was no one there to correct my name. Only a letter was missing from the ending of my name. I found this to be very unprofessional and rude. How can you incorrectly spell someone’s name on their birthday cake and NOT even wanting to fix it. Please avoid this business for I have been hearing a lot of complaints all over town. These people need to be exposed !!!

I’m a medical sales rep. I typed in Best bakery near me and this bakery came up. I was purchasing the pastries for a Christmas present to one of my doctors offices. They didn’t wanna give me one of the nice boxes, even though I mentioned it was for a gift. They kept trying to put the pastries in bags. I told them I would pay for the box, I said I would get as many pastries as I needed to qualify for the box, I essentially said I would pay and do whatever they needed me to do, so I can get the nice box, to make it a gift. I had to fight tooth and nail to get the box . To me the point of going to a nice bakery versus Starbucks or ShopRite is the presentation. I haven’t tried the pastries, but the experience was not great. I drove all the way from Manhattan to visit this area. I even tipped five dollars to justify me getting the packaging for the pastries. The guy working said his manager does not allow boxes to go out, Unless it’s for a birthday party…. Just a heads up, they’re really cheap.
