I went to Playa for a late night treat but instead ended up with my worst nightmare!!! As I walked into the store, I was greeted by a heinous rancid odor that decimated my sense of smell. It was like no other that I can physically describe, it could have been a mixture of poo and cranberry. To make matters even worse, the food itself was atrocious. The bananas put into my bowl were mush and the acai looked like barf. The taste was equivalent to a worker taking my bowl and placing under their butt and passing gas. NEVER COMING BACK AGAIN!!!! #nostrilstillburning

I loooooovvvveee playa bowls, fav place BUT I keep getting hairs in my bowls! It’s happened two out of my last three bowls. I don’t think the kids who work there wear hair nets or even gloves.

It is tasty and fresh but the best part is they are not greedy about Nutella or almond butter. Whenever I go to other Playa Bowls locations, they are adding Nutella or etc. drop by drop which is too annoying. The inly problem of this place is just the noise that comes from the blenders.

I went to the store to order my favorite smoothie at 7:39 and then say is not posible . Because the smoothie machine was off . I feel so bad . They supposed close 8;00 pm . I’m just need to know till what time they take order . Thanks
Ordered threw uber eats and food items was missing bag was not secured with tape like it supposed to be when being delivered by uber eats it was an opened bag delivery if I can give zero stars for the lack of care in making item secure and safe I would the worst experience I have ever encountered definitely wouldn’t recommend called the store to address concerns was told nothing can be done because it was ordered threw third party which is uber eats.

Ordered on uber eats today. First of all my order came incorrect, was missing fruits that automatically comes with the bowl not add on fruits. Then after a getting towards the end of the bowl I don’t know if something was expired or what but something in my bowl tasted old and very disgusting.
