Drink is never made correctly and the food is terrible! Super stale! I don’t recommend. Only positive is the manager seemed friendly

They gave me my drink after I paid cash in the drive-thru. Then asked me to pull up to the front? Weird. When I pull through again, they didn’t give me my change until I asked and proceeded to pull my change out of the tip jar on the window. Didn’t give me my food until I asked.

Made me wait at the driver through for 5 minutes, didn’t take my order, then proceeded to tell me, go back around (with cars in front of us), so “my boss doesn’t yell at me” great service

Ordered ahead, bacon egg and cheese on a plain bagel not toasted, picked up order within 5 minutes and the egg and bacon were already room temp and the bagel was hard, maybe stale. This is a good quality problem and health problem. This needs to be looked into.

Always friendly even when they have new people at the drive in window. Sometimes they wait until they serve each car before they take the next order though.

If I could give no stars I would. Every time my daughter placed a mobile order at least 10 minutes or so before we get there and her order is never ready. She ends up having to wait for them to make it which causes her to be late for work almost every time. I thought the purpose of mobile ordering was to have it ready for when you got there. This place needs to get their staff together to make it more efficient.

Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly. Every time I go, the lounge section has kids playing on their cellphones and tablets. They also have toys for kids to play with.

Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible.

I wish this place would wear name tags because wow. This week alone I’ve decided to treat myself to a coffee or matcha, and every time I come through the drive thru the same woman with her terrible attitude is there. She doesn’t greet you at the mic, she just says “what do you want?”. This morning I went to pick up my mobile order via drive thru and I told her AT THE MIC that I was picking up an order & gave her my name. When it was my turn at the window, she just looked at me and said “can I help you?”. I told her I was picking up a mobile order and she told me “next time, tell me at the front.” , I said “I did.” . mind you , this is the same woman who told me to come to the window. she then just shoved my order in my face and closed the window.

Quality of staff has decreased significantly from a year ago to today. Just in my last 6 to 8 visits, I've consistently heard staff yelling at each other and it even looked like an upper level manager in a few of those occasions. You constantly hear employees needlessly yelling at each other, though it seems like they're berating each other in a joking manner, I still don't get how people can work in that kind of environment, and I'm Hispanic! Staff needs to learn how to turn that stuff on and off. You're in Ringwood, not Paterson. There's a time and place for these things. Staff needs to understand that negative energy is easily sensed by customers and transferred on to your coworkers and customers. Today they made my drink wrong and instead of acknowledging the mistake or saying "I'm sorry" she huff and puffed, then deflected blame on to her coworkers. Haskell location is much more pleasant and worth the extra drive even with all the traffic and lights. Just a very unprofessional staff at the Ringwood location. Staff went from great to "what in the world is this" in a year. Honestly, if I was the owner, I'd get a few manager material/serious men in there just to balance out the female-to-female caddy behavior that's obviously going on in there.

Love Dunkin'! Nice clean spot, not much seating but it seems like most of their business comes from the drive through.

I remember working there for when it was in the plaza and boy let me tell you this was the most unprofessional store I've ever worked for. My manager was a Bengali woman whos attitude was stank, she didn't care about her job. When customers would come in to ask about order she'd get attude and literally dip the cleaning rag in there coffee. Food that fell on floor putting right back with other food. I became lead supervisor and would have to follow her tracks on what she did. I then told two white owners who didn't deem to give two shits. I left job after 6months before it moved to new location with drive threw.
