Happened to be in the area and was craving some classic Chinese takeout. I usually frequent other purely vegetarian Chinese restaurants, but saw that Spring Restaurant had a vegetarian menu with mock meat options, so I had to come and check it out. So happy to have delicious chinese food so close to my home. It is fresh and fulfills my craving for Chinese food, when I don’t feel like cooking. Quantity of food and reasonable prices, are excellent. I can tell that they do not use MSG, because I do not have any issues after eating. We always order their combo dinner, sesame chicken or orange chicken, fried rice, egg roll. Sometimes chicken & broccoli. Combo dinner can feed two people, cut the eggroll in half. Lol...

Love the mock meat options. Less one star because they seem to be out of the “beef” options regularly.
The general tso “chicken” is delicious
The dumplings are just ok.
You can also order the typical bean curd meals as well but they have tons of veg chicken, beef and ham options on their menu.
