Worst location ever. Tried yesterday to order online 50 pretzels for when they opened….. nope. Only available an hour and a half after they open. Not the first time this has happened. I order 50 or 100 all the time. I live in Robbinsville and get them on the way to games where the other stores know what they are doing

I ordered a bucket late am. When I picked up in the afternoon the person took the nugets right out of the case. The nuggets were stale. Terrible service for a 3 hour in advance pick up!!

UGH , I will not be going back here after numerous bad experiences. They overbook and oversell orders and consistently have crowds out the door. I had a 2PM pick up - they hadn't even started making my tray when I got there at 2PM. Then, they didn't make the correct tray (orders half rivets/half hot dog pretzels) and just had me take that order because they couldn't fulfill the original order. And the tray was paid for online. It's my fault - this has happened numerous times, and I continue to go back giving them the benefit of the doubt.

Ordered a large rivet platter for an event on 1/24. Pick up option online was 5pm. I received a call at 5:08 from a young lady and said “we close at 5:00 and you have an order to be picked up” I said my husband is 6 minutes away, why would I be able to schedule a pick up for 5pm if you close at 5pm??? She pauses, clearly annoyed and says “have a good one”. My husband got the 6 minutes later and the door was locked, the lights were out no one around and the pretzel tray was sitting on the counter. How UNPROFESSIONAL AND STRAIGHT UP RUDE. They left my paid for platter sitting there in a locked store after calling me to ask when my husband will be there and they were unable to wait 6 minutes??? I am beyond frustrated!! You cannot get anyone on the phone, no owner, manager or customer service rep. I want my money back and a serious explanation of why it was ok for them to call me get verification he was almost there and they leave!! Who does that?!?

Ordered rivets tray online for 10.12.24. Tried calling over and over and got no answer so I left a message. Kept trying to call and finally just drove there. Like the other reviewer stated walked in and there 4 people "working" which was 2 people just standing around, one young lady actually working and a one young man twirling dough for pretzels. I asked why they couldn't answer the phone and they said it was broke/doesn't work. If the owners or management don't care about their business than that's fine but I agree with others that I will likely not be returning.

Went in Saturday 9/21 at 1pm. There was at least 8 kids behind the counter none of the working all of them b.s.ing with each other. After about 3 minutes one came over and said can I help you. I ask to do 25 pretzel to which I was told they weren't not doing big orders I look at the case there was plenty of pretzel. So I ask and was told no big orders I had to order under 10. Now I could accept this if they were short staffed or the oven was broke. I would even be fine waiting 15 to 20 minutes while they were being made. To be told that they can't do a 25 pretzel order because they can't be bother to work is crazy. Plus they are still open for another 3 hours. If I was the owner I would be very upset that I was losing sales due to lazy staff. It a pretzel place a little b.s. due the day will happen but it should not happen at the expense of the customer. I got my 5 pretzel they were good but would have like to have been able to get what I came in for.

Do not order online! Paid $45 for large rivet of pretzel nuggets online for next day pick up. Order wasn’t ready because they said it was not in their system. So they made the order while we waited and had to pay another $45. Manager will not return my calls for refund of online order. Having to dispute charge with credit card company.

Do not go here under any circumstances. Placed an order with them for today - no one was there. Lights off - no one to be found. Other customers arrived confused at the closed store as well. Have had a lot of quality issues in the past with them anyway (old stale pretzels). Better off going to the one in Ewing- they took my replacement order on the fly, but still out the original $45.

I ordered some party trays for a corporate function recently. I spoke with the manager, Jim, who was very helpful. He said he would deliver to our office (even though it was about 20 minutes away) and not only did he personally hand deliver to me, but he 15 minutes earlier than quoted. The food was delicious and we would highly recommend!!

The pretzels here are usually good. Today we went there, they put a warm, fresh pretzel over 4 old pretzels that seemed like they were at least a day old. You could hammer a nail with them. I was very disappointed. Buyer beware.

Attempted over the course of the entire last week, in the early afternoons, to call and order a party platter for Saturday. The phone went right to voicemail every single time, but not just any voicemail, a personal voicemail, unprofessional message, I was not comfortable leaving a message at all. Finally get them on the phone Saturday morning to place an order, a young man picked up the phone, said hello, sounded all flustered and abruptly and very rudely said they arent making anymore platters and we cant come in to buy a bag of pretzels either. What kind of customer service is that? If your legit out of food, there is a polite way of telling your customers in order to maintain business for the future. Now I will go to PA to pick up my pretzels.
