I ordered some party trays for a corporate function recently. I spoke with the manager, Jim, who was very helpful. He said he would deliver to our office (even though it was about 20 minutes away) and not only did he personally hand deliver to me, but he 15 minutes earlier than quoted. The food was delicious and we would highly recommend!!

If I could give 10 stars I would thanks to both Scott & Mia. Lest you think I give high ratings all the time, you can read my 1 star review of the Philly Pretzel Factory I visited in Hazlet, NJ. Fantastic customer service here. Delicious Pretzels. Easy location. Highly recommended!

Love the convenience of this location. I feel bad for the employees because it's always so hot in the store. Love these pretzels and my go-to is the rivet cup with cheddar cheese.
