“I normally write reviews for the readers, but today, this review is directed to the owner. Your fried chicken is worth the trouble of finding parking. I had the 10pc bloom drumsticks half w/Soy Garlic and the other half in S.O.S. Korean Spicy. I would even go as far as saying any of the sauces are worth a parking ticket. I was also super impressed with the size of the drumsticks! I was full after just 4, and thankfully, otherwise I would have been tempted to eat my napkin just to relish the flavor. I'm also grateful I arrived with family, since they ordered additional items, like the bloom wings, truffle fries, pork dumplings, and wasabi coleslaw. I got to try almost everything and nothing disappointed...not one thing. Thank you for offering to provide me my order as it became available for the members of my family vs. waiting for all of it to finish, that was very considerate of you and unexpected. I saw how polite you were to everyone that entered to order and for pick-up. We waited a little less than 25 minutes for the order to be complete and considering the size of our order, that was impressively fast! Still pretty good.Reading over the reviews I went with extra hot on both orders, it's got a good kick but not unbearable. I would say if you order two things, get it done hot one way and extra hot the other. The sandwich was as expected, fantastic with the jerry's sauce and massive. The wings have a nice texture and would seem to be a bit on the saltier side. I'm ok with that but I think the order would be perfect if they gave a side of the jerry's sauce to dunk the wings with.Parking is across the street and there is no place to eat there, it's pretty much a takeout only spot. “I have been craving banana pudding for some time and didn’t want to go in the city. Every place I’ve gone in New Jersey uses soggy wafers and chalky pudding. I get greens, cabbage, black eye peas, & pot salad or string beans. Now normally I don’t get nobody’s pot salad because since our generational grandmothers have all passed away , no one can do it right ?…. But baby pan fried did ?.. I was impressed?. Somebody over 40 made that pot salad ?. The only thing I haven’t taste , was the Mac n cheese ( my heartburn be killing me ) I can’t do all those cheese at this age & the yams. Like everywhere in Palisades park, street paid parking is limited but there is free parking in the neighborhood streets if you want to walk further. The space is also shared by the Food Bizarre but you can’t miss Rokstar. You have to place your order on the screen that is located at the counter.I order a medium order of chicken wings, which brings 10 wings, with Korean Sweet Chili. My order took about 15 minutes. If the wait is something you would like to avoid, you can order on their website ahead of time.They have three tables along the wall for you to eat your meal, which I should have done because I felt my wings weren’t as hot as they should be (I walked home which took about 8 minutes).I definitely recommend these wings with the same sauce I ordered.
