I've been here a few times already and should know better. Our services sucked no other way to put it. I was with 3 seniors and my cousins and aunt all visiting and I wanted to give them a nice meal with ambiance. We had about 5 different servers so I kept repeating myself about our orders. Food came cold and then twice a glass had a chip in it almost cut my lip. Then ordered coffee that was chipped as well and when I asked for another cup it was like we were bothering them...
We've been here several times and while we enjoy the food, the service has been on the decline. We ordered a pitcher of sangria while waiting for the other 2 people in our party of 4. They brought the glasses first and left them at the complete opposite corner of the table between the 2 empty chairs. The ambiance was energetic and exciting and that is what enticed us to go. The appetizers were delicious, but we were not as happy with the quality/ taste of our meals. I don't know if I just had higher expectations? Maybe it's because we ordered steak as the protein in our meals and shouldn't have? I found the fries to be too greasy as well.
