I went to this location after another chipotle was out of product(lettuce and cheese) and to my surprise this one was out of product too. I was next in line to order my salad and asked for pico and was told they were out. I asked if they could take it from the Togo line and they told me no. When I asked the manager he told me that the people online paid already and it was the last container. I asked if I was less important than an online order and he stumbled over his words. If I wanted to order online I would have and received half the food you get when ordering in person. Should I have to order online in the store in order to receive a specific item? I guess the dine-in guest isn’t as important as the Togo guest. Seems a little backwards if you ask me and you should 86 online options rather then tell your customers who walk in no. The laziness of the manager who doesn’t want to 86 product in your system or accommodate the guest was alarming. I spent $21, drove 30 minutes out of my way to not get what I wanted to order. I had to go to ShopRite to buy pico so I can complete my dinner the way I wanted it ordered.

The chicken al Pastor has a Guyanese flavor which is just right. I usually have a bowl with just about everything. The red and green salsas have the perfect kick. I really enjoy going here. The service is always great and the food always fresh.

The atmosphere is nice, they have diligent and hardworking employees, longest I have ever waited was ~11 minutes but it doesn't matter because you can order on your phone and then walk around the mall.Vegetarian options: It's build your own and there are many optionsDietary restrictions: It's build your own and there are many optionsParking: It's a mall so there are many spots however the lot closest to Chipotle has ~150 spots and is full during rush hoursKid-friendliness: The atmosphere is open and chill. You pay extra for queso in the burrito bowl, and they legit put a drop in. I think it’s unfair to do that to people and think they won’t notice just bc there is also sour cream in the bowl too. It’s crazy to me. Going downhill again chipotle!
