Very responsible and hardworking suj . Also he nice treat to customers and always smiley face that’s why I like going to Rockaway chipotl location!!!!!!
Disappointment. Floors and tables were absolutely disgusting. Food and scraps all over the place. People cleaning the tables were just knocking the food onto the ground and not bothering to sweep it up. Kitchen staff lounging around in the back instead of helping cook/clean/replace ingredients that ran low. Chipotle Mexican Grill offers a pleasant dining experience with fast and friendly service. Orders are taken promptly, and food is ready for pickup on time. The menu includes generous portions, such as the Steak bowl, which is filling and flavorful, and the chicken al Pastor with a unique flavor profile. The red and green salsas add a perfect kick. The atmosphere is nice, with diligent employees and a chill vibe. The restaurant accommodates dietary restrictions and offers many vegetarian options through its build-your-own menu. Parking is ample, and the location is wheelchair accessible. However, during busy times, the staff sometimes struggles to clean tables and throw away garbage, which can affect the overall experience. Recently, some customers noted that the guacamole was not always fresh and looked expired, and occasional issues with cashier service can occur. Despite these minor setbacks, the restaurant serves fresh, good-tasting food with minimal wait times, and many customers continue to enjoy a great meal overall.
