This is the 3rd morning in a row that I received the wrong order in the drive through. I get to work and it's the wrong thing. They are also very rude the guy at the window just snatches your payment, no good morning or thank you. Very rude and abrasive attitudes there. I will have to find another place to go
Staff is a bit rude. Doesn't make coffee or hot chocolate how you ask. I don't like coffee too much, it's too bitter. However I do love the Dunkachino, with some extra hot chocolate added. Now I'm aware a Dunkachino is premixed hot chocolate and coffee; but I've never had an issue with them adding extra hot chocolate.....till I went here. The person who took my order gave me atittude like I was inconveniencing her by adding an extra step. She said she didn't think that was possible...read full review
