Good concept, but needs some polish. It’s akin to a Cava with pick your own base, proteins, and toppings. But it’s not as smooth as it should be or others are. If you’re doing a salad, opt for the romaine instead of mixed greens, the last two times I got the mixed greens, they didn’t seem very fresh. Be mindful of upcharges, especially with premium proteins, especially if it’s a day (as was when I was in last) when they don’t...
