It seems like they are pretty slumped in a small area. I believe they are understaffed. Unfortunately it does take a while for an order to finish. As for the woman upfront , she is nice but cocky at times. But I understand some people don’t like that. I wouldn’t come here unless i desperately want nathans.
The best hotdogs and amazing Service! The lady who took my order complemented my dress and was a darling! Love their fries and we always get some delicious snacks when we come to rockaway!

Ok...its in a mall food court...but the staff is so nice and what makes me appreciate them? They gave me a senior discount without my having to ask. Thank you.It is that sort of gesture that makes one a "regular".
