Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Horrible delivery. Driver did not follow directions, only spoke Spanish, and left dry, nasty chicken on the floor in front of door (instead of handing the order to us as directed). Called this store and the manager was very unhelpful. They did not offer a credit for a later purchase, but instead, told us to come into the store to pickup a corrected order. The point of a delivery is to avoid that hassle, so their response was absolutely pathetic. Stay away from this location, Dover location is right down the road and so much better!

Don’t come to this Popeyes they don’t care about the customers just the numbers inside
They make you wait to place your order in the drive thru till the finish the order that was placed before you. If you place a mobile order and go through the drive thru they make you get out of the drive thru line and come back in 5 min instead of having me pull ahead like McDonald’s or Burger King does this place is a mess and wished they cared about the people times and not the ones for their store

Always come here because i love popeyes shrimp everytime i come in this location and mostly a few times a week its always never available sometimes 2 pcs sometimes only 4 even if its still early, or an hour early before they close, associate will say it will be a few mins then after talking to the kitchen thell say they dont have it, either They just dont want to cook a new one or they really dont have it on mostly how many times a week that i try to buy some.Just sharing!!!!

This is one of the better popeyes. The food was hot and fresh . The staff was really nice. The only problem was finding the way into their parking lot off of Route 10. They are doing some construction in the parking area that makes it kind of hard to see where the actual entrance is.
