I came in with my son for dinner and everything was great from walking in to leaving (with some more food to go). The cashier was great with my son answering all his nonsensical questions, waved and smiled at him while passing by our table, and said bye to him when we left.
Wish the staff could be a little bit friendly. One of the girls just isn't very friendly.

I've held my tongue for way too long. I want to know what kind of HS drop outs they have working at this location because why is it so difficult to READ INSTRUCTIONS??? Every time I order my Impossible Whopper WITH cheese, it NEVER has cheese on it. AND they always put onions on it which I request to be removed. WHY OFFER THESE OPTIONS ON THE APP IF THESE KIDS ARE GONNA DO WHATEVER THEY WANT ANYWAY?! As a perks member, I'd like to be able to frequent my hometown location, but y'all are forcing me to go into a whole other borough at this point.

Wanted to get a quick snack before a 45 minute road trip. This is what our mozzarella sticks looked like. Hard cheese and burnt! Additionally, we specifically asked if marinara sauce was in bag and staff member clearly said yes. Sauce was NOT in the bag and we threw out the sticks. BK can do better … especially on the short orders!

I love their sausage biscuits, and yesterday, their coffee was exceptional. BK does breakfast right. Their "Appetizers" are good, too. I liked the mozzarella sticks.
For a fast food restaurant burger king has been consistent in food quality, portion size and having a credibly staff. Stores look clean and kept inside although the outsides can vary from well groomed to garbage strewn depending on location.
