I’ve had this place saved on Google maps forever and finally tried it after making a trip to NJ. The garlic knot pizza exceeded expectations and I can’t wait to try more on the menu in the future.

Ordered the triple threat and it was overcooked. Ordered a slice of Buffalo chicken while I waited that tasted like it was sitting in the window for 5 hours. Overrated. Great job with the social media though because their IG makes you want to drive 2 hours to try it. One and done.

Went for the viral mozzarella sticks I saw on TT. They weren't the ones being sold here.
Food was good, with a ton of pizza options. However, personal pizzas are not available Fri-Sun. So I wasn't able to try what I wanted @ almost 40 a pie.
Alfredo was literally soup consistancy.

Lady at the counter and answering the phone makes me sick with her nasty attitude. It’s every time I call so she’s having a bad day everyday and I’m done. I’ll never eat here again.

Recently order a triple threat from Joe’s. I took a bite of my calzone and there was a piece of glass in it. My husband called to let them know and instead of receiving any sort of empathy or apology from joes, they were defensive and said it couldn’t possibly be from their kitchen. They told my husband to bring back our order and when we did, including the piece of glass, continued to argue that they have no plastic or glass in their kitchen and it couldn’t be from them. Initially they didn’t want to give us a refund but offered to replace our order which we declined. Unfortunately we won’t be ordering from here again not only because of the issue with the food, but also the customer service. Please beware before ordering from here

Moving to the area I was looking for different food places. I had tried different establishments but I was not satisfied until I tried Joes. The customer service is always great. The food is fresh and always flavorful. I have to say I have never waited more than 30 mins since ordering from them. They make sure to go above and beyond. Updating you on your order and accommodating last minute request. The men even assist you to the car if needed. As long as I am in the area this will always be my first choice. Must try!!!

Just moved around the area big pizza lover here when I walked in , there was a table with chairs a man and a child were just finishing up there food so me and my small family sat down I ordered the pie waited a long while patiently when I was given my pie the lady at the front yelled out “ you guys can’t eat here “ she did not offer no explanation simply “ you can’t eat here “ but why did others eat ? I was embarrassed because I was excited about trying this place and we just returned the pizza because I was not going to eat in the car after being at a large table with chairs did not see no issue with eatting inside guess she just did not want us there not cool.

The woman at the counter was extremely rude and could benefit from some customer service training. If she dislikes her job so much, she should consider quitting. Additionally, there was no air conditioning, which made for an unpleasant experience. My negative experience was entirely due to her poor attitude.
