Penstock Coffee Shop & Roastery is a nice, cute, and cozy local coffee shop with kind staff and a small menu. Yummy iced coffees and lattes are served, along with house made pasties. The smooth, yummy coffee and tea include a Hojicha latte and seasonal black sesame syrup made in house. The coffee is great and the vibes are immaculate, with excellent music choice and super cool baristas. This spot offers hands down the best espresso, with the highest quality from the coffee bean to the whole process. It is a cute spot with a quiet vibe, a good herbal tea selection, and a croissant with chocolate inside. The service is fabulous, though the lighting needs a little work and it is a little pricey.
