“I only get the fish from here which is Amazing and there pretty large pieces, they can be pretty salty but it’s good. I tried the tilapia before and it was also good because they ran out of whiting but prices are quite high just for 2 prices of fish. My family often gets the chicken and seems to like it.“

“Deninos has great pizza and is usually nice and well done. I will admit I used to love their calamari - it was nice and crispy. But over the years the have changed the recipe, now it is chewy and kinda gross. I hate to throw shade on this pizzeria because I have been going there since I was a kid but I want to leave an honest review. And I wish they would update their glasses instead. They are so small and you got to suck with these tiny red straws. I'll admit I am not a fan of that (but it is tradition). I love their pizza but I will say it used to be better than it is currently. The last time I went here was 2 years ago. It was for a family birthday party. Most of my family was surprised with how much the recipes changed. However we mostly order pizza and calamari. So I can't say how the other menu options are. All in all I will continue to go here just not as frequently as I used to. Because it is far from my home and it just isn't what it used to be.“

“Just had Ungaro's tonight for the 3rd time with my kids and it was just as great as ever. Kids are tough critics for pizza, but they loved it. They just have to work on the pronunciation of the name. I love driving back into the neighborhood I grew up in to support local family businesses as my family was in I know all to well how challenging it can be especially with regards to location. This place never disappoints. It's comfortable and quaint, always well lit with some classic Italian tunes on and the food knocks it out of the park. We enjoyed a classic cheese pie and mozzarella sticks, a must for my kids, and I got for the third time this fig and cheese app on crostini bread with a honey and glaze drizzle. Ming ! My only complaint is a kitchen staff member was taking a break while I was eating with my family and total disregard blasting some telemundo crap from two tables away at full volume. I was about more than halfway done but it totally messed up the vibe. Dinner with the kids, drizzling outside, they had a long day were talking about the neighborhood and Boom just a total left field hit of some random telemundo or something. And he had the phone propped up on a bottle of iced tea so I said to myself " well this experience has just ended ". I asked the waitress who was lovely if that man worked there she said yes so I asked her to take care of it and she did. If it was a regular patron I would have been polite and asked them to cut it. Now listen, I get it. The guy is taking a break and it's a small place. I just hate when workers do things they wouldn't do if the owners were there. The guy even turned the phone back on but lower about 15 minutes later, I could hear it dude !! That's rude! Bring some headphones to work. Business is hard enough without ownership having to worry about a rogue dishwasher not giving a rats ass about their business and what they are trying to build. Anyone ever experiencing this, say something right away. Can't wait to be back in the neighborhood and try some new things.“

“The owner is welcoming the wings fried hard pack with favor. He let us sample the house sangria which was delicious. This spot doesn’t miss a beat with the menu options. Rocket fuel is definitely a hidden gem and highly recommended for anyone that what to try new original favors. I’ve never questioned how amazing the pizza was, it was more when they first opened the wait was outrageously long and often was not ready after the two and a half hour wait. It was because of that I haven’t been back until tonight. Expecting the wait would still be long for a Sunday, called around 5:30 and given a pickup time of 6:45, significantly improved! My order was JUST taken out of the oven when I walked in at 6:45 and to no surprise, the pizza was divine. Got the Diavolo with vodka instead of spicy and it was just perfection. I ordered the Vermont rooster sandwich which comes with fries .. it's a deep fried boneless chicken thigh on a brioche bun with lettuce tomato and pickles with bacon cooked perfectly. My buddy had the cheese steak which he said was really good and he's a bit picky. Tons of cheese and a horseradish aoli spread. They have salads and pizza as well. Don the owner cooks everything from scratch and it really shows once you dig in! Nicely plated and priced right. They also serve dinner after 4 pm. We dined upstairs, they had music which is something they are planning to do on occasions throughout the winter. The owners are incredibly nice, our waitress was so sweet & super attentive. “This is the newest Jaincan spot I’ve tried since year. And as a true jamaican, it’s a 10/10. Everything prepared here is delicious and fresh. The chef puts life in all the dishes. They serve real jamaican breakfast every morning. They even switch it up for lunch and dinner. All types of authentic foods. You will have many options aside from rice & peace and chicken.
