To Whom It May Concern,I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received when placing an online order for pizza from your establishment. On 4/20/24, I placed an order through your website, and it was marked as delivered, yet I never received it.Upon calling the store to inquire about the missing order, I spoke with a courteous gentleman who explained that there were two orders destined for the same apartment building, which may have caused confusion. He assured me that the order would be remade and sent my way.However, my frustration escalated when the delivery driver, who allegedly attempted the initial delivery, he was screaming in the background while I was trying to communicate!However, my frustration escalated when the delivery driver, who allegedly attempted the initial delivery, was overheard screaming in the background while I was trying to communicate with the manager. Despite my repeated explanations that I did not receive the food and the acknowledgment of the mix-up, the manager and delivery driver continued to argue with me.In light of this unacceptable behavior and the failure to resolve the issue promptly, l informed them that I would be contacting corporate to address the matter. Before the manager's call, the same courteous gentleman assured me that the order would be redelivered.It is disheartening that such unprofessionalism and disregard for customer satisfaction occurred during this interaction.

I don’t know why I keep doing this to myself! Your cook is terrible at making pizza! Every Friday I order pizza and I have been so disappointed these last couple of weeks. The pizza is super thin and never enough sauce. It’s literally like I’m eating paper! They clearly don’t care about there customers!

After an pizza I ordered a hour and a half ago the delivery guy calls me and tells me he is outside as if I am supposed to come out and get the pizza from him. I asked him why he is not coming to the door and he keep saying he is right outside. I had to tell him to bring my pizza to the door. I tried calling the store and I was on hold for 30 minutes they hung up on me. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION.

Staff takes very long to make orders and doesn't make the orders right. They took unbelievably long for two pizzas i ordered at 9:46 and the wait time said 12 minutes and when i got there after 15 minutes my pizza were still not ready.

Dominoes pizzerias are straight garbage. This one doesn’t even deserve the one star that I had to give it. I called to get a status update on my pizza that I ordered an hour ago and the manager proceeded to tell me that he was the only person in and all his employees called out. I told him that I’ve been waiting for my pizza an hour, and I expected to be reimbursed as the promotion and advertisements all over the television state, he refused to reimburse me and when I told him I’d call corporate, he said go ahead will never order pizza from Domino’s again. Manager was very rude.

Dominio corporate and this location does not care about customers. They care about scamming people out of hard earned money. Wait 2-3 hours for orders. They never answer phone or if they do they lie. The order is never right. They replace beverage all the time with other than ordered. Try contacting corporate and they are just as bad with try us again with a 50% off only online orders at FULL PRICE. Please I've tried them 4x only because my child and her friends like it but no more! You would think after 3 years I see of complaints for this location someone would expose them. I wish my orders would go to another location instead of this one online!!!!

Close the store down… 4th Time ordering they barely gave me any toppings that I paid for AND ORDERED. FOOD CAME COLD. When asking for a refund the store manger was rude ! Definitely calling corporate. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE TRY A LOCAL PIZZA PLACE INSTEAD

Usually I don't have a problem but, this time was horrible. I placed my order I had to help the young lady spell my name, they were understaffed because it was only 2 of them in there at first. The young mans attitude was horrible, he was fussy and the interaction with him and his coworker could've been worked out when the guests have left. He was tossing utensils you heard them clinging. At the end of the day some other guys just came out of nowhere, I had my kids with me, my pizza crust was dry, other patrons were frustrated, it was getting crowded, and my food looked like it was tossed meaning my loaded tots. Overall experience not happy at all.
I order from this Dominos about twice a month. 20% of the time my order is incorrect but I never complain I just eat it. A few days ago I paid for a large pizza and they gave me a medium, so I decided to say something and they offered me credit for a free large pizza (which I appreciated). So I just called to place the order and give my phone number so I can get the free pizza and they told me that they have no idea what I’m talking about and they don’t give away free pizza. I mean cmon guys, get it together.

I just got my delivery 10 min ago. Right now I am unable to “report issue” on the track site because the msg keep saying that I can only report issue after delivery and “you are on your way” when clearly the tracker status show’s DELIVERED!!! So I am calling the store manager “joy” and waiting on hold for past 6 mins! The delivery arrived after 1.5 hr not 30-40 mins as I was informed! The chocolate lava cakes are disgrace, the condition they were delivered it’s absolutely DISGUSTING!! They are all smashed on top of each other in the left corner of the box.. oh now you guys just disconnected w me on the phone WOW!!! Back to lava cakes… well in addition there is no LAVA! Idk where it went but is not in/on/next to the cakes ! They looked absolutely not eatable to be honest it look like pile of dry and cracked ?! So congrats!! pic of your ? cake!! Just like the customer a few comments below. I tried so many times to give this Dominoes a chance to do right. They just can't get the order right, the timing right, they run out of popular menu items, they're not updating the app to let you see what stage your order is in........I give up. They just can't get right. Tonight the messed up my order. They omitted 2 items that I've already paid for. When I call the girl on the other end sounded sincere and I actually believed that they would get the 2 missing items out to me in 20 minutes from about 7:45pm. It is now 9:48pm. If it did come tonight... which I doubt it.... I'm throwing that ish right in the garbage. I'm done!
