Customer service is always excellent. Staff are always friendly and they remember you. Especially if you're a regular, they know your order before it's even placed. Love the service, it's definitely improved over the years .

All I have to say is: $6, actually $5.87 for a small coffee with an espresso shot, cream, and 3 Splenda's! I was the only person in there, not one other customer. I just wanted to order 1 coffee and they have a self-checkout now, or it's an order screen. I asked the young man, who by the way, looked as if he was a teenager and this was his 1st job. So, I won't bother to mention anything else about this experience because he's a kid! But, thank goodness that o went foe someone else because that coffee would still be there!!!! Talk about inflation!!!!

Stopped in at location on 843 E St Georges Ave, Roselle, NJ 07203 on Veterans Day to see if they had the free donut for Veterans but the attendant said he'll have to call the manager to find out. I've seen this at other DD locations in this area in the past few years. Very disappointing!

I went here today and I am disappointed to say the least. I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese bagel. They put it on a croissant instead and said NOTHING. I don’t like croissants. I am also pregnant so I didn’t even eat because I wasn’t going to go to that side of town again. On top of that they didn’t write which sandwich was which. My fiancé and son both ordered the same sandwich only difference was one was turkey sausage and one was pork sausage. My fiancé can’t have pork due to religious reasons. Just a terrible experience.
