I visit dunkin all over the country is this by far is one of my favorites.
I can’t speak for the drive-thru experience much as it’s usually packed when I get there, but so far, the 3 young Dunkin employees (2 girls, 1 guy) who have taken my orders inside @ the register (bc I usually pay cash there) are wonderful! They’re really nice, attentive & helpful, even when it’s clearly super busy! Every time I’ve gone in, they greet me with a smile & get my order perfectly!
