Customer service is always excellent. Staff are always friendly and they remember you. Especially if you're a regular, they know your order before it's even placed. Love the service, it's definitely improved over the years .
All I have to say is: $6, actually $5.87 for a small coffee with an espresso shot, cream, and 3 Splenda's! I was the only person in there, not one other customer. I just wanted to order 1 coffee and they have a self-checkout now, or it's an order screen. I asked the young man, who by the way, looked as if he was a teenager and this was his 1st job.
