My husband went through drive-thru. Girl there told him order is correct just that they ran out of buckets?? So chicken is in cardboard boxes. What a crock! He got home with nuggets, chicken sandwich & legs & thighs, 6 piece. He ordered 8 piece dinner which consists of 2 breasts, 2 thighs, 2 legs & 2 wings, mashed potatoes, gravy, corn & biscuits. Called & supposedly spoke to manager & assistant manager on 2nd call I made. Rude, arrogant, care less attitudes. I WILL NEVER ORDER...read full review
Rude staff. Greasy disgusting chicken. Found a puddle of grease in the bottom of the bucket. Sold me an expired cake. Chicken wings are a joke - just 1 inch bones coated in breading. Biscuits were like rocks, old as hell. NEVER AGAIN. Reported to Corporate and they don't even respond.
