I guess there is a valid reason the rest room is controlled by a buzzer and the only way the employee will buzz you in is if you buy something. I also assume people have been rude about this to her in the past, so she has to start out with a very gruff attitude about it from the onset. I had come from 100 miles away and was planning to buy something but really needed the restroom first. Nope! Little did I know I would also get a cup of coffee so bad, I threw it away.
