The drive thru was busy because they just closed the inside and it's also Sunday. I don't eat as much as I used to at McDonald's, but when I do I always use their app because I save money and earn rewards.“

For somebody returning home from work on foot, it provides a semi-discreet location to relieve the bladder. Far from ideal, but close enough. “I just wanted to take a moment to share the amazing service I received at the McDonald’s located at 700 N. DuPont Highway, New Castle, DE 19720. I went through the drive-thru today (7/20/2025) at 12:48 PM, and I was genuinely impressed.

The staff was incredibly friendly, and the entire crew seemed organized and motivated—they looked like they truly enjoyed working there. Huge props to both the crew and management for maintaining such a clean, efficient, and welcoming environment.

My order was handled with great attention to detail, and I felt truly cared for. As I was about to leave, a member of management even offered me the chance to try their new creamy chili sauce—a small gesture, but it really showed the extra effort they put into customer satisfaction.

“Over the few years I actually like the atmosphere and look of current Wendy's like I could sit down and enjoy a meal there.

However the highlight of this place is its accuracy in getting my order right and service. I've ordered from well over 20 times in the last couple years. I can remember only one mistake with a baked potato, but that's it and we are a family of four!

“It's a decent place overall but the wifi is lacking, you can't place your order outside because of the poor wifi and when you come in you have to connect to their sad wifi. Which makes the whole process three times longer than it should.“
