“Feels like Home!!! First of all when you come in you can easily feel like your in a cozy home or at a close friends home. The owners pay attention to details and they seem to really enjoy what they do. You can tell because the food is soooo flavorful! Sometimes It's hard to find things kids will enjoy, but not here! My kids love their French Toast, their fried fish, the sweet tea and infused water and they of course flip for their desserts! My husband and I really enjoy everything we have tried and the seafood Gumbo, is to die for!!! If you haven't been here your missing out, but that's ok because that means more food for us!“
“Don't let the appearance fool you, yes it's truck stop diner with some really great food. Run by some locals, the EMS cafe had to switch locations and I think it's for the better!! It's located at the end of a stretch of highway where all major roads converge. That atmosphere is cozy; the staff are polite and professional. Is a great local eatery, placed in a awkward random location that has proved its merits!“
“I am not from Jersey and had a different vision and definition of small, simple wedding than most brides that live in Jersey :) We were struggling to find something in SOUTH Jersey within our budget that could create the simple, fun, "us" ceremony and reception we wanted for our special day. We wanted to throw a huge party and FUN was our byword. I finally just googled "Barn Venues Near Me" and The Barn in the Gardens was the first suggestion. I reached out to Nicole and explained that I didn't like the terms rustic and farmhouse and hated burlap but was looking for a simple, laidback Woodland/Tea party vibe that incorporated books. We wanted dancing and lawn games and a fire pit where guest could roast s'mores and this venue delivered all that and more!Nicole is AMAZING! Her prices are reasonable and her packages are so inclusive of everything you would need for your special day. She has almost any decoration you would need and really listened to what we wanted and delivered. She is easy to deal with and her event space is perfect! It's been a month since our wedding and people are still telling us how wonderful and amazing the venue was and how much fun they had. Our guest had such a good time and loved Nicole and the space so much they are recommending The Barn in the Gardens to anyone they hear is in need of an event space - regardless of where in Jersey they live :)“
“This is such a great cafe! There’s not really any other good coffee shops in the area so I was so glad when I heard about Comfort Cafe! It’s cute and cozy inside with friendly staff and great food/drink options. I have a baby too so I especially appreciated the really nice changing table set-up in the bathroom!“
