An hour long wait for 3 things with no one ahead of us. Cheesesteak & chicken cheesesteak were absolutely disgusting. Staff were rude with no customer service skills. We’ve been going to Hudocks for years but we won’t be back.
So I placed an order tonight not wanting to cook , I was fists not appreciative of the attitude I was given on the phone , so I was told half hour to 40 mins , ok this was at 4pm , I pull up at 442 pm go to the window and then I get told with an attitude another 20 mins now! I said ok but I was told 40 she said yea and it’s 20 more mins with not a nice attitude at all about her as well I do not think she realizes that 40 mins had passed already! Food was not like it used to be hot dog was cooked to death and roll was hard mushrooms were the best thing I ordered overall wasn’t a good meal
