This would be my 3rd time ordering and all I have to say is never again!!!!! The first time I let it slide and didn't order again until 2 yrs later and this last order was 2yrs from my second order. Thought I'd give them a try again but I know better now. I contacted the store to order 1.5 dozen cupcakes for my 6yr old birthday party which the order was very simple. They are very polite and make you feel like family. I always love to order our special event pastries and cakes from them.
