“My Co worker and I went to the restaurant in Scotch Plains. The service was excellent. I ordered the loaded fries with chicken and shrimp it's delicious. When you walk in it's very welcoming from the color scheme to the paintings on the wall literally. The wings are phenomenal. I will definitely be returning.“

“We recently celebrated a birthday here with loud and outlandish middle schoolers , oh boy - the birthday slayed !!!
The food was a smashing hit with quick service, satisfying unique orders for 10-12 kids. They delivered all the orders with zero errors which is commendable, given the commotion.
With a dozen or so rambunctious boys, chaos was just the beginning. I must say the staff graciously took housekeeping upon themselves when it ended.

“Stopped in for an appetizer and a beer before heading home for the day. We arrived after they opened at 4 and there were a few people already there. The bartender was super friendly. We ordered some local beers (good variety on tap) $10 a beer, and an order of the bang bang shrimp. I am still thinking about them.....for $18 there was a good amount of shrimp, the sauce was perfect and the crispiness of the shrimp was the best I have ever had. We will definitely be back for the shrimp and will stay for dinner this time. They have two floors of outdoor seating as well which is blocked from the main road.“

“Always friendly and service is good. Food cooked and ready for pickup promptly. I love the board where you can add a sadaqa (charity) meal for someone to eat. You purchase an item on the menu and pin it to the board. When someone comes in who is needy, They just pick a ticket from the board and they can eat. What a novel idea to spread around.“

The ingredients was purely implemented with love and the right dosage. The griot was well fried, the djondjon rice had the authentic taste. The manager accommodated my patience with a Haitian mac and cheese(Delicious). The only recommendation is that the menu is not displayed whether digitally or physically but if you know your Haitian Meal that is the place to be.“

“Hidden gem! The food is simple fast food with a lot of variety and better ingredients than actual fast food. I don't recall if there was seating but it's a smaller place so I take my food to go. If there's anything to improve, I'd say using even better ingredients somehow but that could be too expensive or maybe updating the interior for a better atmosphere. Only negative I've encountered is that the fries weren't too crispy but that could just be for me. Personally I think it's still 5 stars! I got the chicken gyro. “I’m so happy I came across this Jamaican restaurant! Every dish here is freshly prepared. Not sure who the chef is here, but give that man a raise! Lol….authentic Jamaican food is definitely a big plus for this location. They give you many options aside from their famous rice and peas with a side of chicken. They also have a variety of soups on their menu. Their prices are very fair and for that reason I will definitely be back, and this time for some good ol’ oxtails! “I am a big sticker for fried food not being greasy and this was the first time I have ever been to this restaurant. The chicken came out HOT which is extremely important and had just the right seasoning. When I didn't see greasy chicken or the paper inside greasy I tried one and before I knew it I had eaten five wings waiting for the rest of my food. And I bought 12 pieces to take home and share. Also try the bean pie OMG I literally ate the entire thing. I purchased the small one. I don't usually eat the crust but it was so delicious.“
