“Food was decent. Would have ordered bone-in wings but they had a special on boneless wings, buy one get one free which was convenient cause I was with the kids. Server very polite and down to Earth. The bartender gave me a salt rim instead of a sugar one which threw off the taste of my drink. Most of these chain restaurants kill you with the ice in these places and so did they. Great atmosphere for games cause of larger screens with clean atmosphere. Would stop by again if I go pass BJs again in that area“

“The food is amazing, my wife and I started going to this place, just for the cheeseburger and the chicken cheese steak sub. But later the whole food menu grows on you, The owner is so professional and really cares about his customers and is open to critique. Overall, the food is value for money and delicious.“

“This is a good place if you are looking for a korean fried chicken, but you can't dine in here since their dining area is closed. We tried spicy wings, and I was expecting it to be more spicy, but it wasn't, but the taste and texture were really good.“

“This place has the best fried chicken and platters in all of North America. I came all the way from Toronto, Ontario Canada to visit New York City. One thing about Canada compared to the states is the quality of food. Everything that I have had in the states is not good quality, but this place has proved me wrong. I ordered the family fried chicken meal which was only $27 and it had a lot more quantity then I was expecting. The fried chicken was the best fried chicken I have ever tasted in my life. It was tender and juicy from the inside and very crispy from the outside. Coming from a city where Popeyes and KFC are Halal, this place tastes way better and satisfies you more with the affordable prices. I also tried one of the platters and they are way better than the ones you can buy on the streets of NYC. The staff was really friendly and I will be recommending this place to all my friends and family. One thing that I would suggest is opening up a location in Toronto because this place would be a big hit.“

“Amazing food here. When I came here I noticed a full counter of take out orders, and when you taste the food it’s obvious why. The chicken is very fresh and it tastes fantastic. The service was second to none, I got my food quickly and it was great. However, the staff made a slight mistake and used the wrong sauce to coat my chicken. I asked for just the sauce, so I could coat the chicken myself, but instead they gave me a brand new order on the house as an apology. “Bubbakoos is a great fast casual spot in Berkeley Heights. Tucked in the corner of the Stop and Shop shopping center, it has become a popular spot to grab a meal. They have creative Mexican fusion and fresh food - way better than Chipotle in NP which is super dirty and gross. I love the fried Oreos for dessert - ridiculously good. The owner is very supportive of the town and gives back to schools and the community. Definitely check it out.“

“Akihi is a chain of boba shops, with this location being located right near the Rutgers University campus. It was quite spacious, with large glass windows facing outwards to the plaza that hosts other smaller shops.

The shop hosted a self service kiosk, which made it easier to order and find things, as this was my first time visiting this chain. The menu is reasonably priced, with standard boba flavors as well as serving snacks.

I got the Brown Sugar Brulee, which wasn't too sweet but had a nice flavor to it. We also tried the passionfruit tea (called the fruit party) and it wasn't too sweet but very refreshing as well. It is a good compliment after having a heavy meal and you need something that isnt too sweet.

Overall a good first impression at a boba shop I've never seen before.“

“I had an incredible experience at Anthony's Pizza! The pizza was absolutely amazing—perfectly cooked with a delicious, flavorful crust and just the right amount of toppings. “I can't say much that hasn't already been said before. The food is excellent, crispy and hot and delicious. I am particularly fond of the Soy Garlic and Galbi boneless thighs which are melt-in-your-mouth exquisite. Onion rings are "okay", nothing special but still tasty. The fried dumplings are excellent and can be a meal by itself.The one sincere complaint I do have, and the reason for the low "service" rating and the missing fifth star overall, is this: They don't label their food. I often order as part of a group (lunch at work) so we'll order several different varieties, and every time we have to spend several minutes figuring out whose chicken is whose. Sure, some of them are obvious but a lot of them are not; I challenge anyone to discern between Secret Spicy, Hot Spicy, and Spicy Galbi based on sight and smell alone. To me, this just reeks of laziness on behalf of the restaurant. Literally all they need to do is keep a permanent marker next to the packing station and write the contents on each box. If every other restaurant can do this, why can't they? Once they start marking the boxes with the contents I'll happily bump this to five stars, but until then.....“

The sandwich is THICK and heavily breaded so the smothered sauce seeps into the cracks and crevices. It's a more wet chicken sandwich so they give you gloves to eat it. Good stuff!“

“My Co worker and I went to the restaurant in Scotch Plains. The service was excellent. I ordered the loaded fries with chicken and shrimp it's delicious. “If this place a a few tables inside or even outside so you can eat your food fresh, 5 stars overall all day. I ate in my car to avoid the battered fish and fries getting soggy due to the steam being trapped in the containers the food is in. On to the food… since this place is very affordable, I ordered a 3 piece of catfish, 3 piece whiting, 3 piece tilapia and 6 piece wings with fries. Everything came out fresh. No fishy smells or foul taste. Very well seasoned and you can add a little shake of lemon pepper spice mix they have on the counter. Tater sauce is really good also. Not that it needs it, but taking a piece of fish dipping it in hot sauce letting the batter absorb it and then taking it for a swim in tartar before taking that bite of delight that will definitely have you going in for another. Their wings fall right off the bone leaving you with that crispy crunchy coating surrounding juicy chicken meat that also does not need anything else, but dipping that in hot sauce bringing your tastebuds to the next level.

Parking: I went around 1:30 on a Friday so not sure if it is easy to find parking during busy times.“
