“If you're looking for a fancy dining experience with a fancy atmosphere this is not the place. But if you're looking for a delicious meal that's also reasonably priced this is the place. Food is very good. The eating area is shared by a bar so that it could get a little loud. But these are all good. Hard-working local people. No woke here. All good hard-working red blooded Americans. Service is fast and friendly. Definitely recommend this place. Don't be fooled by the outside appearance cuz it's just in a little shopping mall. I'll definitely be coming back.“

“We wandered in here on St. Patrick’s Day even though the website said they were closed on Sundays. Speakeasy bar in a residential neighborhood with friendly bar maids and locals.To crowded to order food but, I definitely will be back to try the “eats”!Went back last night for “eats “ and had the thin crust pizza, if you’re a fan of this kind of pie as am I this is your place. They have a generous drink pour also. It is now in my regular monthly rotation!“

“Crashed a private event and it was just my style. Might be stuffy in comparison to the bar around the corner, but otherwise seems like first class classical music and comfy couches for a celebratory drink. Can't comment on the food.

“my husband and I have been coming to mjs for years whether it's for a lunch date or dinner with our kids MJS never disappoints. the food is always on point, no matter what we get it is always delicious. a few top favorites chicken Italiano sandwich, their homemade thousand island dressing for salads is out of this world, french dip is the best i've ever had. ahi tuna app to dye for! if ur lucky enough to get Emma as your server or Bartender you will not be disappointed she is always so personable attentive knows the menu really well and makes a mean expresso martini! she treats our kids like gold and keeps them entertained. Mjs is a well oiled machine run by the best manager I've ever seen. Dyan's attention to detail and making the place feel so welcoming and having everything that comes out of the kitchen on point she makes sure the servers and bartenders are very well trained. if she's there working she is always there greeting the guests and helping the staff make sure every guest has an amazing experience.She will also help you throw a sweet party and works with you to keep the price within your budget while giving you the best bang for your buck. she does an amazing job transforming the dining area into a great party space. “Been going to Max’s since I was kid & they were on the Boardwalk. Still the best hot dog I’ve ever had. Also love their crispy onion rings, steak fries, zucchini fries & sweet potato fries. Other menu items look good however I cannot go to Max’s without getting their famous hot dog!“
