“I recently had a celebration at Rose’s with about 30 friends, and it was the perfect spot for it. The team was incredibly easy to work with from start to finish, everything felt seamless, and the space was welcoming and relaxed, especially on such a nice day. ☀

The drinks were fantastic (you have to get one served in a pineapple 🍍), and the whole setup made it easy to just hang out and enjoy the day with our friends without having to worry about anything.

Couldn’t recommend it more for anyone looking for a fun, laid-back spot to host a group or event in Williamsburg!“

“I rarely spend much time in Brooklyn but went to check out the furniture options in Industry city, I needed a drink and walked into the frying pan and was pleasantly surprised with the service. “Went here for an open mic comedy night and it was awesome.

Had a really cool outside space with plants on the corner and had a great vibe plus the staff was fast and quick and food was good portion sizes and good prices. They have a stand-up comedy show in the back with a ton of comics.

Definitely a place I would go back and check out later whenever I’m in Brooklyn

“Great neighborhood bar with good drinks, good food, and genuinely good people. The vibe is always right, and somehow “I’ll just stop in for one” never seems to work out (oops). Nothing fancy or pretentious, just a solid place to hang out and have a good time. Would recommend…but also kind of want to keep it to myself.“

“Freddy’s is such a cool and unique neighborhood spot. It has that authentic Brooklyn bar atmosphere that feels increasingly hard to find. What really makes it stand out for me is the live music — you can come in for a drink and unexpectedly end up discovering a great local band or performer.

The space has tons of character, the crowd is relaxed, and it feels much more personal than a typical bar. Definitely a great place to grab a drink, listen to live music, and just enjoy the atmosphere. One of those venues that actually adds something to the neighborhood.“

“Been going here for 10+ years. Legit neighborhood dive bar that's been around for nearly a century. New mgmt recently took over but they seem committed to not changing a thing. While I can't speak to the after-hours karaoke, it's a great spot to kill an hour or two on a Saturday afternoon sipping a ranch water and watching Xena with my favorite bartender Celine.“

“On our recent trip to NYC/Brooklyn, we eat at Karavan and it was by far one of our favorite meals. The staff is kind and welcoming, offering wonderful hospitality. The atmosphere is lovely and family friendly. And it’s very clean. The food!… incredible. Everything is fresh, homemade, deliciously seasoned, and was unique to us. The meat dumplings were amazing; they had a sweet and savory filling and were steamed to perfection. The lamb kebabs and chicken were perfectly cooked, wonderfully seasoned and so juicy. The salad was so fresh and we loved the dill and feta mixed in. All in all, just a wonderful and memorable meal. We’ll be back on our next visit to the city!“

“Great time last night, spent about $75 for two people - two rounds of drafts and three menu items (bar food). Great atmosphere with NBA playoffs on multiple TVs, one even had hockey. Didn’t catch the bartender’s name but he was fantastic and handles everything, we nicknamed him “Dawson” after my girlfriend’s favorite football player.“

“I got married at Giando on the Water. Several of my guests booked stays at hotel 42. This review is specifically for the restaurant staff and front desk. We did our welcome reception in the restaurant/lounge Cellar 42 and it was wonderful. The drinks, food, music and service was top notch. We even had a family breakfast the day after the wedding. Even if you're not staying at the hotel i would recommend booking your next gathering at Cellar 42!“

“I went there with my family to celebrate a birthday. We all enjoyed our appetizers however the entrées were not so great, not bad just okay. The mac & cheese/Macaroni pie tasted like an amateur made it. Mashed potatoes hardly had any garlic flavor. We ordered plantain and four pieces were literally black - they can't be sweet anymore. We had bread pudding for dessert. It was extremely dry and almost tasteless. Not to mention we waited almost 20 minutes for it after the order was placed. The service and the staff was quite pleasant and very engaging. The preparation of the food could use some work. The drinks were really good. I can't say that I will return however I would recommend you trying it for yourself.“

“We can't recommend Salty Dogs party room enough. It's absolutely stunning, spacious, fantastic service, amazing and delicious food (as quoted by my sons for their Communion party the best mozzarella sticks, pizza, chicken fingers and crispiest fries in Brooklyn). It was big enough for all our guests to have room to move around and not feel crowded, the buffet food option is amazing, everyone can have a taste of anything they want and there was almost a never ending amount of food.“

“Came here for happy hour and sat by the front door. Food was okay (just got mozarella sticks so there's not much to say about that), but the drinks were good. Got a margarita while my friends had the frozen ones and they did not disappoint. Waitress was pleasant!“
