The trophies displayed are just a reminder of what this place used to be. Been a while since I’ve been here and I have to say I’m disappointed. Ribs were extremely salty and rubbery, brisket was edible, Mac n cheese was hot/cold as if it was tossed in the microwave. Amen for the cornbread or I would have felt like it was a complete waste of my money!

Local Smoke BBQ is a very good BBQ spot. The food is incredible across the board. The ribs are an 8.6/10, brisket is 8.7/10, turkey is 8.5/10, and pulled pork is 8.5/10. Mac and cheese bites were excellent, bacon wrapped poppers were tremendous, and the chili was incredible. The jalapeño poppers are truly to die for—perfectly cooked, packed with flavor. The brisket sandwich was so good, with meat that was melting in the mouth. Ribs fell off the bone. The Country Chicken Sandwich is a new favorite. The portions were great. The service was top notch and very friendly. The customer service is outstanding and genuinely welcoming. The staff went above and beyond to fix a mistake. The place was extremely clean and the manager is so friendly. The menu is extensive. Don’t forget to order slammin sides.
