My sister and I had a great meal here, good food, great service, and a nice, casual ambience. Our server Jordan was friendly and attentive! We’ll definitely be back next summer.

The physical setup and atmosphere at Hooks are definitely the strongest points. Having multiple distinct areas, the main bar, pool tables, arcade games, and comfortable outdoor seating makes it a fun, laid-back spot to grab a drink and hang out off the boardwalk. We had some great sandwiches and a bar pie. The burger was awesome so was the blackened grouper Ruben. Drinks were also great and it was nice to have dogs allowed on their patio!
We even stopped in there for brunch on a Sunday and it was even better! So much better than fighting a breakfast crowd at a breakfast restaurant. We were the only ones there at 9:00 to 10:00 in the morning! We had an excellent breakfast BLT, eggs over easy and an omelette!
