This place is unbelievably terrible at filling an entire order correctly. Food is fine when you get what you order which is almost never. I only order when my wife wants something from here. Tonight was the last time they ruin my dinner. Absolutely disgusted.

This place needs to be shut down I order pepperoni pie and some mozzarella sticks and fries waited over hour!! Then I call they put me a hold for 20 then and told me the drivers were arguing and told me will call u back. We have to figure this out no refund took my money good finally came after 30 minutes later they told me the food was fresh and food came cold . Called them back and I said my food did not come fresh and they told me nothing we can do and hung up I hope this place goes out of buiness garbage .

Good food but I don't know if I'm the only one who noticed this but when I got my delivery the man seemed like he was on drugs I've had the same person deliver it a few times and he always seems to be in the same clothes and just out of it I don't know how they can have someone like this working in their establishment and on occasion he'd have somebody in the car with him look like a straight-up Junkie

Ordered through grubhub they said they delivered it at my door never received anything at the door, they said they texted me never received a single text message, worst experience I've ever had 2 hours waiting for nothing to come.

Very good food and reasonable prices. The Chicken Parmigian was tender and done just right. My wife had eggplant ravioli. She thoroughly enjoyed it. The informal ambience is also a great asset.

I order a pizza a 7:39AM the pizzas arrive totally COLD at 9:05 PM.Nothing worse then a cold pizza and expensive.I don’t mind to pay for something. But at least something that we enjoy.Never ever order again

In response to those asking for the restaurant to have "nicer decor"- even the simple plain cheese slices here are made from quality ingredients and are also gigantic and one other tiny little thing- They are UNDER THREE DOLLARS. That's correct I said gigantic quality slice of pizza for UNDER 3 DOLLARS.They also have a massive backyard seating area with 8 large picnic tables and strings of incandescent lights. They also have exceptional Italian dishes and desserts all with low prices relative to other spots.If you think it would be nicer for them to have "some nice silverware and linens" and "more comfortable seating", then you buy it for them. As for me, I'm not complaining about Il Forno Brick Oven Pizza.Is it the greatest pizza slice on earth? No.But-Once you factor in the size of the slice, the quality of the ingredients and the insanely low price- this is the best plain cheese slice of pizza on the East coast, and I've been to over 100.It truly improved my day to know that places like this still exist out there. Take the secaucus exit off route 3 west, make the first right onto Paterson Plank road and travel about 10 blocks.Tell them Nick sent you.Ok don't actually tell them that they have no idea who I am but still, try the friggin' pizza.Peace.
