“Nice” “dive bar” in heart of LBI. Have been going here since we moved to the Island 7 years ago. First time back since their renovations which thankfully did not take away from the charm. Was packed last night due to storms but generally a reliable place to grab a table or spot at the bar. Food is good for the prices but more pub grub and obviously not fine dining. Prices reasonable. Just wish they’d start accepting credit cards.
Legendary spot on LBI. Wings were 5/5 and the fish tacos knocked my socks off! Awesome bartenders, super chill "old LBI" atmosphere and cold beers on tap. Nothing more you need. Salute to this spot.
Pretty nice outdoor space with cornhole and extra large jenga. Service was good but the food wasn’t anything to write home about. The “world famous roast beef” was some pretty dry and tasteless roast beef on a Kaiser roll with a side of au jus and some peppers. Definitely wouldn’t get it again. The chipotle chicken cheese steak was pretty good though, it just wasn’t anything special. At least it wasn’t too expensive!
