We went here two nights in the row. Both nights were awesome. Tonight, Keith went above and beyond to accommodate our party of 6 when we got there and The Salt wasn’t open. The living room was full for a wedding, so he gave us the living room menu and let us sit in The Salt restaurant. He worked so hard to make sure we had a nice dinner even though they were short staffed due to the flooding on the island.
We have been longtime patrons of SALT and have always enjoyed the food, atmosphere, and overall experience at Hotel LBI. In fact, my husband and I have dined at SALT many times, particularly during the winter months, and the food has consistently been very good. We also appreciate everything Christopher Vernon, Owner and real estate developer on Long Beach Island has done to bring beautiful restaurants and properties to Long Beach Island that residents and visitors can enjoy.

Food was e optional but the wait for our drinks and food was way too long! Got seated at 645 didn't get apps until almost 730 and we had to ask wait staff 3 times for our main meal to come out. We didn't get out of there until 845 and we were only 4 people. The wait for our food was too long
