During my visit, I experience good customer service; employees are kind. Being in the mood for Garlic Knots, in the area, I decide to snack a bit. For the most part, I opt for Vegan options. The first knot is subtle, present, though mild. Each knot thereafter is like a very soft crescendoing of garlic-y freshness building a stabling incline. Each fresh, warm knot is puffy. The establishment accepts different forms of payment and seems to have one main seating area.
Brooklyn Pizza in Short Hills is the real deal. The pizza is always top notch—crispy crust, quality ingredients, and just the right balance of sauce and cheese. You can tell they actually care about what they’re serving.
On top of that, Gus makes the place. He’s friendly, attentive, and makes sure everyone feels taken care of. You don’t just get good food here—you get good service from someone who clearly takes pride in what he does.

Very decent pizza. Great people who work there. Very polite and caring.
