Wedding Affair, great place and service
Parking: We came to stay because we were going to a wedding and there were several people waiting for the parking service because they didn’t have enough staff.
The hotel itself is very nice and conveniently located. We had a digital room key so that we didn’t have to go to the desk when we arrived. Unfortunately, because our room was on an executive floor, we were not able to go to that floor without a key that would work on the elevator. Our digital key did not allow us to access our floor. We were fortunate that somebody else had a key that would let us go to the seventh floor. We then went and got a physical key from the front desk....read full review
The Terrace at Hilton is located in a convenient area, with easy access to freeways and nearby attractions. The hotel offers upscale amenities, including comfortable rooms and an underground parking garage. Staff are friendly and professional. However, there were some issues with the digital room keys not working on the elevators and the high cost of meals at the restaurant, including a $5 charge for coffee with no refills and expensive breakfast options. The hotel does provide complimentary bathroom supplies in the rooms. Overall, it is an upscale hotel with some areas for improvement in the dining experience.
