Not a good experience for me.
The folks working there seem like they really hate their jobs. I ordered an espresso with a bit of hot milk separately - maybe it’s because I went off script but it was hit and miss getting that right. That doesn’t bother me too much it’s that condescending attitude of “you ordered incorrectly” that really got to me.

I must say that I am disappointed in this location. It was my first time visiting the short hills mall and after shopping I needed a hot tea. I walked in and asked the employee about a specific tea but I couldn’t remember the name. He quickly answered we cant add any flavors to any hot teas.
