I get that it’s a mall Starbucks but the employees are so antisocial or informative/helpful etc. No greetings or even prompts when walking up in the line - I had to ask if I could order because it was just a state from employee and awkward silence. Then when the order was done there was no confirmation I was done - more awkward silence. Normally I could go for a quick “do you want your receipt or ok you’re good!” Or literally anything. Just zero communication. Infuriating.
A good functional store, is really popular and busy. As I walked in, saw seven parties on front of me, so I put in mobile order while standing in line. The service was pretty efficient, as I got my drinks within minutes. No sacrifice in quality, it was perfect.All the baristas are pro, no one wasting time. The store has some nice merchandise in the shelves. There are couches and tables to sit in at store. But the mobile/order pick up corner of the store is little messy.Wheelchair...read full review
