“Saw this gorgeous little boutique in the mall, and I had to stop in!
The presentation of the chocolates and gelatos are eye catching and organized. I love the displays for Easter and chocolate eggs are my favorite!! Especially the mini Lampone eggs. I grabbed many mix & match chocolates along the wall which are paid by weight. The employee named Angel was very kind and helpful explaining all of the options and recommending gelato flavors which made making a decision much easier for me.
I chose a gourmet baby cone with pistachio and it was scooped to perfection! I will be back for more soon :)“

“I approached yhe Nordstrom cafe to get coffee with my daughter. Fonzi, the manager, exuded such good energy. He greeted every customer with a giant smile, and I even saw him bringing coffee out to customers sitting and relaxing. A+ customer service and thank you for transferring your good energy to me!“

“Came in early Saturday afternoon and the store was pretty busy but there was seating still available for our party of 3. The menu is pretty interesting though we only ordered smoked salmon, an almond croissant, and the signature acai bowl this time. The inside seating area, especially in the corner, can get a bit loud if it's really busy but there is a ton of outdoor seating available. Would love to come back to try their other menu offerings.“

“Excellent experience. Friendly greeting asking to have a cup of nexpresso immediately upon arrival. I than went to pick out my sleeves at the conter.Very personable professional staff. Excellent coffee and options from all over the world. The only drawback in US are the pods are more expensive than in Europe. Highly recommended for this Boutique in Bloomingdales at Short Hills Mall though.“
